Miguel de Fontenay
Founder & CEO

Miguel  de  Fontenay, Engineer, EMBA, graduated with a Bachelor’s in Literature. Miguel  joined The Family  in January 2015 as Partner and Director to work on the convergence between big corporations  and  the  startup universe of the digital  economy. He has  also  led several consulting practices in multiple countries (Ernst & Young, CapGemini, Kurt Salmon, Mazars). He speaks about  strategy,  business  model, organization  management. As a member of the Montaigne Institut and the #Culture_Numérique (Digital Culture) Think Tank, he has worked on innovation subjects.  He is Business angels and invests in several startups active in various industries. Miguel  is Founder and CEO of Pathfinder.

Raphaele Leyendecker

Raphaele Leyendecker, experienced entrepreneur, holding a master’s in international business law and  a  master’s  in  sustainable  growth  from  HEC  Paris. Raphaele joined Pathfinder in October 2017  to  bring  forward  her  entrepreneurial  experience  and  knowledge  regarding  the  digital economy and the environment. Raphaele has founded two startups: Agronery in 2012, supplying renewable biomass heating (selected as one of the energy startups to invest in by Challenges magazine) and Horseee in 2015, a social network and marketplace for equestrian sports (winner at SportTech 2016), and knows the European startup ecosystem very well.

Chloé Roukbi,

A graduate from ESCP Europe and City University London. Chloé joined PathFinder in November 2018 to dedicate herself to reinventing companies and participate in the digitalization of sectors through concrete projects. After an experience at Rocket Internet for the launch of the Foodora platform in France, Chloé then founded Mayage, a high-end home decor marketplace. She brings her entrepreneurial experience and knowledge of the tech industry.

Thomas Meyer,

Sciences  Po  Paris  and  Bocconi  graduate  and  former  UC  Berkeley  student. Thomas  started  his  career  working  for  Louis  Vuitton,  Gucci  and  Interview  Magazine  between Paris and New York City. He then worked at Capgemini Consulting, focusing on end-to-end digital projects  within  the  Fast Digital Team, a hybrid agency at the crossroad of strategy consulting, data science and UX. His main areas are financial services, retail, and luxury.

Joséphine Simeray,

Graduated from the Institute des Hautes Études Internationales de la Sorbonne et with a Masters in International Development, Joséphine joined Pathfinder to bring her entrepreneurial experience and her knowledge about digitalisation and health. Joséphine has co-created Cityzen Mobility, a platform of driver service for seniors (Grand Prix de l’Innovation de la Région Capitale 2013 et winner of the Charles Foix  Scholarship 2014). She knows well the startup ecosystem.

Alice du Verne,

A graduate from Grenoble Ecole de Management, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature. Alice started her career working with big corporations before discovering the start-up world when joining Drivy. For 3 years at Drivy, she gained a real understanding of the functioning of a startup and of varied growth mechanisms. She joined Pathfinder because she is convinced that the best way to innovate is to put together the agility of startups and the know-how of big groups.

Kenza Adeïda,

Being part of the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem for the past 7 years, Kenza has been leading and coordinating structural disruptive projects in fast-paced environments. At FrenchFounders in NYC, her role was to identify, enhance and connect various actors (entrepreneurs, mentors, industry experts, tech gurus, experienced top-executives of large companies, investors, etc.) for them to collaborate, help each other and accelerate their businesses.  

Clémence Ludger,

Graduated with a Master's degree in Business Law and from the Institut de Droit des Affaires d'Aix-en-Provence, with a major in "Innovation, Research and Patent", Clémence is now in her final year of Masters in Entrepreneurship and Project Management. Passionate about innovation and new technologies, she joined Pathfinder to work on projects driven by digital technology and to strengthen her knowledge of the startup ecosystem.

Anna Binet,

A graduate from Le Mans University and Dnipropetrovsk National University (Ukraine). She started her career working in a French industrial company selling large-scale packaging solutions worldwide, notably in the Russian Federation and the Middle East. She then joined a media agency where she collaborated with Paris based lawyer and HR cabinets. Passionate about the startup universe, Anna joined Pathfinder in June 2019 to bring her expertise in business development.

Florent de Lécluse,

Entrepreneur at heart, with a Master's degree in Innovation Management, Florent has created Zetoolbox, a startup specialized in software that helps SMEs and big companies work more efficiently with the best digital tools. Passionate about Tech and obsessed with solving complex problems, he regularly leads workshops within the French ecosystem and coaches other entrepreneurs in the realization of their projects as a mentor.

Margot Louvel,

Communication and advertising manager, graduate of the SupdePub school, she started her career with the Orange France group in 2016 as audiovisual project manager in the internal communication department. Passionate about digital creation, she joined Pathfinder in 2019 to bring her experience and creativity to the various graphic and audiovisual issues.
